Graphics Service
We offer a full graphics service with a choice of finish levels and also supply blank signs. If you are purchasing a blank roof sign please indicate if you require the regulation Red L or if your sign writer will include it with the lettering. ALL our Neo-lite signs are designed with the legally required white space around the red L
Purchasing A Roof Sign
We only stock quality roof signs, many of our signs are hand finished to ensure that no damage will be caused to the tuition vehicle, basically as in life, the cheaper the sign the lesser the quality, for example: Aero Neo-Lite Acrylic Signs feature a brilliant white smooth gloss finish and long life UV-stability.
Proofs:
Please be advised that we can supply you with an electronic image showing the layout of your sign, provided that we have a valid e-mail address for you. We will forward this as a PDF however, you must have adobe reader installed on your computer in order to see it. We will only supply proofs if requested and only after a purchase has been made and when a credit/debit card payment for your order has been processed. Please allow between 3 to 5 clear working days for a proof to be sent.Your order will not proceed until we have confirmation that you are happy with the proof and any amendments. Note that if you cancel an order after a proof has been prepared, an artwork charge of €25 will be deducted from any refund. You will be responsible for final proofing. You are advised to check and agree with the layout, spelling, telephone numbers, text size & colour, placement and position of artwork, logos etc. Generally this will be accepted by email or text. You are advised that after final proofing by you, you have no recourse, no refund, so caution is advised
What’s in a Sign.
The base assembly is fitted with extremely powerful but light weight rare earth (neodymium) magnets making this roof sign range one of the lightest on the market. The magnets are encased in rubber and the sign bases hand-finished to minimise the risk of damage to vehicle paintwork. These signs will NOT fade or yellow with age as opposed to the “Ideal Sign” which will yellow over time as this is has a matt finish and is not acrylic
NEODYMIUM MAGNETS
Users are advised that our Roof Signs, Mag Boards & Transport Approved Magnetics are supplied with Powerful Magnets. WARNING: Neo-Lite signs are fitted with Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets which generate powerful magnetic fields: for example pacemakers and magnetically stored data (credit cards, computer disks etc) may be adversely affected by strong magnets: Keep them well apart. These magnets may be attracted to steel over wide distances. Neodymium magnets are also used in our MAGBOARD product

Using a Roof Magnetic Sign:
When using a roof sign you must ensure that the vehicle roof is clean, dry and free from grease, wax polish and ice/snow. We strongly recommend the use of a protective roof film to avoid scratching of the vehicle roof - these are available as an additional cost item. Please see roof sign section of the website.
Placing a Roof Sign.
Roof Signs should be placed centrally on the roof ensuring that magnets have maximum contact with the surface.
Positioning a Roof Sign
Rest the sign on a long edge placing your hands beneath the sign on the opposite edge and lower gently into position.
Note: If roof signs are supplied with bases packed loose, please affix with the nylon nuts and bolts supplied, hand tighten only and periodically check the sign and magnet assembly for wear and tear and make sure that the nylon nuts attaching the base are secure. Spares are available if needed
Removing a Roof Sign.
Place hands underneath the long edge and tilt to raise the magnets. Never raise or lower sign from a short edge. DO NOT exceed the legal speed limit.
In adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, remove sign from roof. To avoid theft of your roof sign and magnetics you are advised to remove the sign/s when the vehicle is unattended
Caring for Your Roof Sign.
Periodically clean your sign using warm soapy water. This should be sufficient to keep your sign looking in tiptop condition. Do not use abrasives or pressure washers on your sign - this could result in the vinyl lettering being damaged or lost.

Can You Try to Match Fonts, Colours etc.,
Yes: Consider the typeface and colour you require. Simply type your required text and change the typeface to select your preference or tell us the font name and we will try to match it as close as we can.
What Do I Do Now?
Simply Order the sign in the website and when you have finished purchasing, proceed to the checkout. There you will find an additional customer information area, complete the details there and we will do the rest.
Are All Signs the Same?
No: quality and finish is important? First look at the finish, Matt finish will yellow over time, it’s a bit like painting the ceiling, its only when you start to paint you see how yellow it has become, then there is quality control on products, some signs have maybe rough edges, which can be troublesome when placing and removing a sign. Select a quality Neo-Lite Acrylic Signs for a quality sign and a brilliant white smooth gloss finish and long life UV-stability.
Does Size Matter?
Well Yes, if you have any vehicle listed below you will be more suited to “Our Medium Range” As some vehicles have a high roof curvature which restricts the choice of a suitable sign. This sign will accommodate the roof curvature. If unsure about which sign is best for your vehicle, you may contact us for advice before choosing the sign for your tuition vehicle, if you are using or intend to use a Ford KA, new shape Vauxhall Corsa, New shape Nissan Micra, BMW Mini, VW BEETLE, Fiat 500, Mazda 2, Seat Ibiza 2010 model, Hyundai I10 .

Our Acrylic" range of signs are supplied with rubber based magnets to attach and detach from the roof of your vehicle with ease and to protect your vehicle, from continual use, these signs are hand finish with polished edges for ease of use when taking it on and off. All signs stores comfortably in the boot when not in use.
